Family-to-Family: a 12 week educational course for family and friends of individuals with mental illness.
Peer-to-Peer: a 9 week educational course for mental health consumers and led by consumers.
In Our Own Voice: A public anti-stigma campaign that affords mental health consumers the opportunity to speak to community groups.
Heart-to-Heart: Become a volunteer friend and pair up with someone who has a mental illness.
Provider Education: Education program for mental health service providers co-taught by consumers, professionals and family members.
Parents & Teachers as Allies:
A two hour in-service mental health education program for school professionals.
This program focuses on helping school professionals and families within the
school community better understand the early signs of mental illness in children
and adolescents and how best to intervene so that youth with treatment needs are
